I can help. My person-centered approach starts with you. Together we will use your strengths and experiences to craft a treatment plan to meet your goals. I use a variety of approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to treat a variety of problems: depression, anxiety, stress, phase-of-life changes, and trauma.
