Come as you are! I want to walk with you through your journey and work on the issues that matter most to you. I can help you feel relief from what ever symptoms you are suffering from. I work with all age groups and genders. I am Here to help you find within yourself what you need to meet your goals and get where you want to be in your life. I believe that everyone has the strength within themselves that can bring about change. I look forward and feel privileged to begin this new chapter in your life. I enjoy working with woman children and families. I am a generalist practitioner and eclectic in my practice. I work from a person-centered approach, start where you are. My practice is located snugly in garden city and I share my space with Kat Bowen Counseling, PLLC. Kat and I are both clinical social workers and strive to provide counseling in a empathetic calm and non judgmental environment.
