The mind, body and spirit cannot be separated. My philosophy includes seeing you as a whole person, not as a mental health diagnosis, and bearing witness to your life experience-the holistic history of your mind, body and spirit that is intricately interwoven and waiting to be heard on deeper levels. The experience of being deeply listened to may result in a fuller life narrative unfolding as you acknowledge your larger, more complete self. This process may be experienced as integrative and fulfilling and can release blocks that have previously held you back from reaching your full potential. My holistic approach can include, in addition to more traditional psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive behavioral approaches, discussion and examination of dreams, symbolism, behavioral and emotional patterns, spiritual beliefs and concepts, sickness of the body and soul, and acknowledgement of conscious and unconscious desires and wishes. I have over 15 years post-doctoral experience as a clinician providing psychotherapy and psychological testing to a wide variety of clients and supervision to students and other clinicians. Jungian psychoanalytic work and dream analysis have been a long standing interest of mine and augments my formal traditional training. A free telephone consultation is available.
