I work with couples and individuals and see pain, conflict, and confusion as very organic signals for a need for healing - not a lot different than physical pain, swelling, or fever. I offer the safety and space to come just as you are with all of those things. You'll find the support to explore what's holding you back so you can pursue the full extent of personal and relational potential. Healing doesn't happen hidden in the cold, musty dark; but bringing difficult things into the light of warmth and healing can be scary when you've been holding back for a while.
