I have tremendous respect for people who make the difficult decision to enter into psychotherapy. I believe that therapy is a partnership that works best when approached with genuineness, care, and compassion. My treatment approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to help you address current challenges and long-standing issues. I have particular interest working with individuals who have relationship (conflict, divorce, codependency, parenting adult children) and/or identity (LGBT, career, religious, etc) concerns or who are experiencing transitions (job changes, pregnancy, relocation, etc). At this time, I do not provide couples and family therapy. I am not a TennCare provider.
