Individualized Treatment Approach Aspire Wellness Center offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care for the treatment of Eating Disorders. Internationally accredited by CARF, our core mission is to ensure that the highest level of clinical excellence & patient satisfaction is being provided at every stage of treatment. Our programs are offered 5 days per week between the hours of 12 noon & 7 PM. We offer initial appointments Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm as well as free consultation either in person or by phone. We can provide unbiased referrals to the most highly regarded inpatient and residential treatment programs if the initial assessment indicates that a higher level of care may be needed. At Aspire Wellness Center, we limit our group therapy size to just 10 clients, with our average group size being 6 - 7 clients. This allows us to customize each treatment plan to suit each person's unique circumstances & challenges. Our small census also allows us to offer more individual therapy sessions, and more individual meal planning time with our Registered Dietitian. For these reason, our participants report a very high level of satisfaction with our services, and report excellent recovery outcomes over long periods of time. Our Evidence Based Model We believe that eating disorders are often complex and multifaceted, generally needing a comprehensive treatment approach. We believe in using a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, meeting the client where they are in the recovery process. At Aspire Wellness Center we work to address the person's relationship with food by examining feelings, beliefs, and experiences around food through weekly meetings with our registered dietitian as well as meal groups, nutrition education groups, meal planning groups, cooking class, and nutrition outings. We also explore any potential underlying components that may have contributed to the development and maintenance of the eating disorder through individual, family, and group therapy. These underlying issues can include issues with self-esteem, issues with the way the person experiences their emotions, issues in relationships, or other mental health issues. Our core therapies include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and Self-Compassion Therapy. In addition to these core therapies, we offer experiential therapies such as dance movement, yoga, tai chi, and equine therapy. Our Exclusive Treatment Promise Aspire Wellness Center, as a part of New Dawn Treatment Centers, is proud to be the only treatment center in the country that guarantees your success following completion of our program. We believe that you deserve assurances that all of the treatment we have provided will actually result in a significant reduction in your symptoms and negative behaviors over a long period of time. We also believe that the trust you put in our treatment team, and all of your hard work spent on recovery should rewarded. Therefore, we promise that if you graduate one of our outpatient eating disorder programs (PHP or IOP) and experience an exacerbation of symptoms during the first six months following completion, New Dawn will cover the cost of an additional 30 days treatment - with NO out of pocket treatment costs to you. It's that simple.
