Therapy provides the opportunity for you to be vulnerable in a safe and objective environment. It can be difficult to imagine speaking your thoughts and fears aloud sometimes, which is why I believe it is very important to meet you exactly where you are, free from judgement. I strive to create an understanding and supportive environment that allows you to explore the areas of your life where you feel you need the most support. I hope to help you facilitate your self awareness and healing in meaningful ways and would be honored to take on that role. Over 11 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I am flexible and can tailor sessions to meet your needs. I can be solution focused to help you set personal goals or find other ways to support you that fit with the way you feel comfortable expressing yourself. I have been working with the LGBT community for more than 10 years and my areas of focus also include identity and gender identity struggles.
