My approach is based on the most current and valid research findings, with a good dose of warmth and support. My goal is to help you develop skills to overcome your symptoms and enhance the rest of your life. My office is open by appointment only. No walk-in or emergency services are available. I see clients on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings. I return calls within two business days. Often I'm able to return calls sooner than that.
