Each of us, at times, feel unsettled and unhappy with our life as we know it. The choice to seek counseling is one that takes honesty and courage and is often the beginning of getting the life that we want. I believe in the benefits of counseling--I have witnessed them as a professional and experienced them as a person. I have been a licensed therapy provider for 16 years. On January 13th, I will begin a 9 week Mind Body Skills Group teaching methods of mindfulness, accessing our intuition, and self care. Please call for more information. I teach people to see the power their thinking has to shape their feelings, their reactions, and their relationships. I use and teach mindfulness practices that help us return to calm and clarity, improve good decision making, and have been proven to improve overall health. I believe that we teach from what we know. You can expect me to be honest with you, listen to you, and to relate to you with respect as a fellow human being.
