Let's get started! For 15 years, I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with children, adolescents and families with issues related to depression, anxiety, self esteem and trauma. I have also worked with individuals undergoing stress, life transitions and those who want a better quality of life. As a counselor well-trained in play therapy, I enjoy working with kids of all ages. Therapy motivates children to know what to do with intense feelings and be proud of their accomplishments. I encourage children to share what they learned each session with parents. I also do family sessions throughout the duration of therapy.
