I specialize in helping men, women, and couples who are stuck in dysfunctional behaviors, patterns, and negative core beliefs that keep them from living and enjoying life to the fullest. I help people who have experienced trauma, either on the job or in relationship, overcome and heal. People who are unable to free themselves from shame and regret from their past or anxiety and fear regarding their future benefit from my therapeutic services. I help people live fully in the present, while allowing their past to inform them and preparing for a successful future. Unaddressed trauma and attachment wounds from our past prevent us from fully engaging in the present. I use traditional talk therapy and specialize in using EMDR to help men, women, children, and couples overcome the trauma from their past so they can live contently and fully in the present. I engage in effective, no-nonsense therapy characterized by genuine caring and unconditional positive regard.
