I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health profession, with 13+ years 'post-Masters' providing therapy for adults who have issues related to relationships, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, motivation, co-dependency, spirituality, and others. At some point in most people's lives, they find themselves needing to sort through difficult issues and figure out "what to do". Or maybe they just need someone to listen. That's when therapy can help. I try to assist individuals and couples when they are "stuck" or unsure of what the "right" or "best" avenue is for their lives. I can provide emotional support and assistance in gaining insight into life problems. I hope to create a therapeutic relationship where clients are able to express themselves without fear, to talk about problems, dreams, and goals in a comfortable, non-judgmental setting. I have a special interest and experience helping with issues of depression, anxiety, and stage of life changes. Working with couples having difficulties or who are looking to enhance their relationships is also a large part of my practice. I am now taking clients for daytime and limited evening appointments.
