I work with couples, families, adolescents/children, parents, and individuals experiencing conflict, relationship and mental health issues. I provide a comprehensive, thoughtful, and warm approach in my work and view therapy as a collaborative process in which client and therapist work together on mutually agreed upon goals. I have received advanced training and actively work towards certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). In addition, I have completed the Level 1& 2 trainings in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also provide DBT-informed therapy, and am currently working on Intensive Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (August 2015). I am passionate about providing quality services to my clients and helping them to achieve their goals.
