I believe that every person is of worth, and is deserving of a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationships. My focus is to assess and address your concerns and provide you with tools necessary to achieve the life you desire. I facilitates this by working within your situation, helping you find your own path to well-being, using various therapeutic techniques with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion. Having successfully provided treatment in the mental health profession since 2006,I strive to provide a safe, healing, environment in which a relationship can be built between therapist and client. I have worked with those struggling with various mental, behavioral and emotional difficulties including; anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, anger management, compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography, trauma, marital and family conflicts and sexual abuse. I have provided treatment in various modalities including individual, marriage, family, and group therapy. I am passionate about helping those with pornography and compulsive sexual behaviors overcome addiction and rebuild broken relationships.
