I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have counseled adults in both group and individual settings regarding addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, abuse, family/relationship challenges, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders and trauma. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents and have the ability to help them feel safe and cared for in the midst of challenges as they work with me toward their goals. During my training I worked with individuals in substance abuse rehabilitation and went on to specialize in treating eating disorders at an inpatient setting. I am a member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia and the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals.
