There are many reasons that a person may seek counseling. Facing hardships in life can be very difficult, especially alone. Letting others into our pain can be scary, but it can also be a time for growth. Therapy can provide support and hope as a person works towards wholeness. As a counselor, my clinical interests include grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, spirituality, and shame. I enjoy helping adults and adolescents gain a greater sense of identity and purpose through a creative, experiential, and compassionate approach.
