With 25 years of experience my practice integrates many psychotherapeutic techniques including Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Family Systems, Jungian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, I have extensive experience working with individuals with self-esteem issues, trauma, impulse control disorders, eating disorders as well as developmental disorders. I also specialize in issues related to personal growth, life transitions, spiritual concerns and grief/loss utilizing an integrative model that seeks to bring the individual into relationship with all aspects of his/her self.
