I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for children, couples and families to overcome challenges and grow toward their full potential. My approach is driven by what best suits the individual client or family, and includes cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, DBT, play and art therapy and mindfulness and meditation. Anxiety and depression, communication and relationship issues are some of the areas I specialize in. My office is conveniently located in Alpharetta, at Crabapple Crossing, close to Milton H/S, and I serve clients from the Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell & Dunwoody area, and also Forsyth, Cherokee and Cobb Counties. I love working with children, adolescents and their parents, and help families with parenting, divorce, and issues relating to addiction.I also enjoy working with couples, helping them to develop effective tools for communication and conflict resolution, and examining family of origin issues that may be negatively impacting current relationships. I provide distance counseling and life coaching for many out of state clients. This proves particularly helpful for young adults I have previously worked with face-to-face and who have gone off to college, or individuals or couples who have been transferred out of state.
