With 19 plus years experience, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in relationship and family issues, trauma (physical, emotional, sexual) and PTSD, phobias, anxiety and self-esteem issues. I can help you heal the negative effects of past and recent events. These may include sexual abuse, accidents, anxiety and panic attack issues, depression, and family of origin issues. Trained in Family Therapy, I use relational therapy to counsel individuals, couples and groups. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH therapist helping couples in all phases of life. As an EMDR LEVEL II therapist I have assisted clients with alleviating pain and phobias from traumas, PTSD, and more. My style is gentle while being direct and interactional.
