Using hypnotherapy We will work together to achieve your greatest potential through changing perceptions, patterns and other issues. In a safe environment you will begin to experience increased self esteem, freedom from emotional distress and deep healing. For trauma survivors I also practice Holographic Memory Resolution, a trauma treatment using energy psychology, color psychology and components of internal family systems. Resolution being the key factor. As a hypnotherapist and transpersonal therapist for almost twenty years I have guided thousand of individuals and group members in resolving issues helping them to feel healthy in body, mind and spirit. Hypnosis will assist with emotional management and anxiety relief so you can change your life in a positive way. Holographic Memory Resolution®- a new bodymind approach that allows access to past memories helping to achieve resolution of the painful emotions associated with events without having to "re-live" them and without affecting historical memory.
