Counseling is confidential, provides a different perspective on what you are experiencing. We are a counseling practice that serves both adults and children. Our adult services include individual, family, couples and group counseling. We are proud to have multiple therapists on staff that have a wide range of specialties. We also Stepping Stones therapists ($25/session) who can provide low cost counseling, if someone needs that resource. If we are unable to help you, we'll provide referrals for someone who is qualified to. Allow us to help you, to make stepping stones out of stumbling blocks. Have you considered group counseling before? Group counseling enables clients to learn from others' experiences and allows the clients to see that they are not alone in their struggles. Our office offers various groups for adults, adolescents and children. We are always recruiting for upcoming groups. Life can be difficult, often bringing challenges.
