Everyday experiences can be both challenging and rewarding and managing those situations can often feel overwhelming. As a clinician, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is paramount and I work to create a safe therapeutic space in which trust and collaboration is fostered in order to make progress towards each individual's goals and to effect meaningful change. While the therapeutic process may not always be an easy path, I tailor my approach to each person's unique needs, and provide support and assistance in an open and non-judgmental environment. Through recognition of personal strengths and struggles I help my clients to increase self-awareness, enhance connections with others, develop manageable and realistic action plans, and effectively navigate present and future challenges.
