Establishing a counseling relationship with a qualified professional is a dignified and effective approach to life's problems. Most people find that the counseling process uncovers emotional strengths that they never knew they had. In addition to providing general counseling for individuals and couples, I have a particular interest in Adult ADD, Anxiety, Depression, Workplace Stress, Impulse Control, Substance Abuse Assessment, and assisting Family Members of individuals with addictive/compulsive behaviors. A unique aspect to my practice is the presence of an on site Board Certified Psychiatrist for medication consults. I also employ an experienced full time Office Manager who can schedule appointments promptly and help navigate insurance/drug plan issues.
