I believe that we have a life time to grow and reach our full potential. Challenges offer us an opportunity to develop new skills, enrich our relationships and become a stronger, more confident version of our authentic selves. At times, we need additional support and encouragement to move beyond a particular season in our growth. My approach to working with individuals and families is to identify and call upon innate strengths to find solutions that will meet their needs. My work with clients is collaborative, respectful and creative. My primary focus is working with children and teens and their families. However, I welcome adults as well! Specific interventions that I have training and experience in include cognitive-behavioral, brief solution-focused, motivational interviewing and narrative therapies. I also use Collaborative Problem Solving in addressing behavioral and communication issues.
