Having worked with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient, inpatient, residential, school, and correctional settings, I am most passionate about providing people with the opportunity to discover their strengths and to grow in ways they may not have envisioned for themselves. It is a privilege to share in another person's journey. While I have experience in addressing a wide variety of challenges people may face, I have developed areas of specialty that include trauma (singular or complex), dual diagnoses of mental health / developmental disability, dual diagnoses of mental health / substance use, and problematic sexual behavior in children and adults. Within a safe, caring environment, you and I work together to identify and explore issues that get in the way of more rewarding experiences in life. Utilizing strategies best suited for you, we develop ways to move you beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors and toward those allowing greater fulfillment. My practice, Journey Well, LLC, is conveniently located in downtown Mason, Ohio, accessible to residents of Mason and the surrounding communities.
