I bring creativity, passion, and a holistic approach to my work with adults, children and families impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma and addictions-related issues. In a safe space, we can work together to overcome your pain - no matter how overwhelmed you may feel at the moment. I have specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy, have worked inpatient, outpatient and in schools. I have worked in substance abuse with individuals and groups, adults and adolescents. With children, I use art therapy and play therapy. I have presented and trained on the following topics: social and emotional development in young children, motivational interviewing, and stress reduction.
