CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS - I am a Marriage and Family Therapist intern with a Doctorate from USC. I incorporate several psychological approaches, both traditional and alternative, to help individuals, couples and families though major life transitions. My approach is optimistic, honest and compassionate. I realize that life can be challenging at any stage, whether you are a teen, adult or an older adult, sometimes we can all use a little help along the way. Each one of us has our own unique strengths, and sometimes they get buried beneath the pain and sadness in life. When we are going through serious struggles, or deep depression, it is easy to lose who we really are - sometimes we just need someone to believe in us and to help us connect with our truest most authentic self to find our answers. In my practice I focus my attention on your strengths and provide a safe space for you to go deeply into yourself to find the solutions you are seeking. LIfe is short and no one should stay in pain.
