You are interested in engaging in a dynamic therapy process that explores feelings, thought processes and behavior patterns that may no longer be effective, You are motivated to change and want to work with an active therapist in the creative process of changing your relationships and other important aspects of your life. I have experience in treating with Psychodynamic, Cognitive- behavioral, Schema Therapy, and Alternating Bilateral Stimulation for PTSD and emotional regulation. When I work with couples I utilize the principles of the Gottman Institute and have completed Level 1 Gottman Training. I am a graduate of the Florida Post-Graduate Institute for Sex Therapy (2014) I have several sub-specialties and areas of interest that including Sex Therapy, Adult Attachment Issues, Infertility and Transgender issues.
