If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, or career change, I can help. I have been providing counseling to adolescents and adults as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Chemical Dependency counselor for almost 10 years and have helped people cope with and overcome a wide variety of struggles. I believe in the mind/body/spirit connection so I work holistically to help people create health in all areas of their life. I am Gestalt trained and tailor the therapy to each individual's needs drawing from Gestalt Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution-focused therapy, and Mindfulness. My focus is on helping people gain insight and build on their strengths, helping you look at the underlying behavioral, emotional or psychological issues that are affecting you and working to see what real steps you can take to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
