Whether I'm working with a child, parent, adult or couple, I use my nearly 20 years of experience and diverse variety of modalities to connect and transform. I am known for working with complex children, couples, & families with a unique combination of caring and toughness. Focus areas are anxiety, attachment, trauma, adjustment & relationships. I utilize play, sand & art therapies with children. Emotionally-Focused Therapy & Gottman guide Couples Therapy. I connect & understand my clients through my Psychodynamic training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, & creative modalities. OCD, Anxiety/Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, Aspergers, Trauma, Attachment-Based issues, adoption, divorce, behavioral, school/college transitions, Bootcamp Therapy I have a Therapy Dog(18-month Black Lab) In-Training who may be used in therapy as appropriate. I also provide Advocacy in the schools for student clients with Special Needs. I work close to local schools to expedite appointments within busy schedules and start my first client at 7:30am as needed.
