When we lose someone or something we love - we grieve. Grieving is a process that can be difficult emotionally, affect our health and leave us confused, hurting and lonely in a community that sometimes does not understand. You do not have to experience your grief alone. Grief and loss is the focus of my Holistic practice, and as an experienced Hospice Counselor, you will find a safe place with understanding and support. I work with children as a Certified Expressive Arts Facilitator and I am a member of the National Alliance of Grieving Children.
