Changes Treatment Center Changes Treatment Center offers partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programming at our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Changes is a family owned and operated facility that is kept small and intimate in order to be able to have the ability to provide individualized care and attention. Here at Changes, we offer patients highly structured clinical addiction treatment programs customized for each individual, all within a framework of process, educational and relapse prevention groups. We are a dual-diagnosis capable facility. Many of our clients arrive for treatment with co-occurring diagnosis (depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety disorder or ADD/ADHD). We address the underlying issues that can contribute to substance abuse and teach our clients healthy ways to cope without the use of drugs. Our mission is to provide therapeutic and substance abuse treatment to those who are afflicted with alcohol and drug addiction. We also focus on the patient's family, because we understand how important it is to repair relationships. We believe chemical dependency is a progressive disease affecting a person's mind, body, and spirit. Our goal is to work in partnership with the community for healthy living and recovery from substance abuse.
