Therapy can be a transformative process that can open people up to a deeper part of themselves. Entering therapy is a courageous act. I have great appreciation for the strength my clients bring to the therapeutic process. One of my first goals in that process is to create a trusting, safe, and collaborative relationship. I am dedicated to providing my clients with thoughtful, compassionate, individual counseling to help bring about personal growth and change. My therapeutic approach is holistic and my methods include talk therapy and art therapy. I use Art Therapy only when clinically appropriate and only when the client wishes to use it in their therapeutic process. You do not have to be an artist to participate in art therapy, only the willingness to try. My practice is located in Broad Ripple Village with convenient parking located behind the building.
