I am a Licensed Psychotherapist providing counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy helping others find meaning and balance in their lives. I have worked extensively with adults, children and adolescents with Post-Traumatic Stress, anxiety, depression, and a variety of disorders to include issues of sexuality. I am narrative in orientation and trained in Trauma-focused therapy. Everyone has a story and finding meaning in that story helps us to identify realistic goals for living our best life. I am a strong believer in the benefits of a holistic approach to wellness, promoting a healthier you. In my practice, I approach every client with the care and compassion deserved, acknowledging the importance of every concern. My office is set up to be inviting and therapeutic. Sessions are held in a professional, confidential and comfortable atmosphere in support of optimal wellness. Aromatherapy is available for relaxation and ultimate stress relief.
