With over fifteen years of experience working with children, adults and families I'm excited to help you navigate life changes and challenges. My background in public child welfare, crisis intervention and systems change means that I approach the therapeutic relationship as a problem solving mission. My professional expertise is in parenting, coparenting, divorce mediation, public child welfare, and family work. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, mood instability, life transitions, infertility, grief and loss. I've worked with clients to debrief personal crisis and trauma along with ongoing support for post traumatic stress disorder. I'm honest, funny, direct, patient and compassionate. I utilize humor, structured activities, art, family of origin exploration, goal setting and planning to help clients get to where they want to be. Appointment availability only on evenings and weekends. I currently also have openings in a clinical supervision group for those working on their clinical license.
