I believe humor, compassion, and education are important in the discovery of solutions. The use of dream work, art therapy and hypnotherapy are techniques that can be used to uncover underlying issues for deeper healing depending on your personal needs and preference. My counseling style is Cognitive Behavioral (addressing negative thinking) , Gestalt (staying in the here and now), and Existential (passion and meaning of life). Assignments maybe given as I believe therapy continues outside of the session. I have more than 20 years experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples. I look forward to your call. Gwinnett Counseling and Hypnotherapy is located on the ground floor of a two story red brick office building across the street from Carlin Vision.
