Therapy offers a safe port in the storm allowing you to take time for yourself ~ to strengthen your mind, body and spirit. Psychological Wellness Center provides a comfortable, nonjudgmental and confidential environment with caring, knowledgeable, and invested clinicians to help you on your journey. Our clinicians believe that most often, the client holds the wisdom to resolve their issue. Our skills help to illuminate their path, and assist in removing obstacles, so the solution becomes clearer to them. We LOVE our careers as helpers and our clients tell us that this is evidenced in our work with them! We work with: young children; teens; adults; and couples. We have various groups that run periodically dependent upon need. We recognize that people are unique, so various therapy styles are utilized so they can be tailored to the individual's personality type and needs. Education is highly valued here as well. Our clinicians bring their years of experience, expertise, teaching and ongoing trainings into each session. We also believe in educating our clients so that they are empowered by their understanding and become their own best counselors and advocates!
