I have worked with couples, adolescents and families for over 20 years. I believe that by treating the people that I serve with respect and dignity that this affords them the opportunity to work through their suffering, emotional trauma, abuse and neglect. I work with my clients to identify their resources and to develop new coping strategies that will empower them to make the necessary changes in their lives so that they can live and feel healthier. I strive to create a atmosphere in which open communication is encourages. My mission is to provide client based services that encourage holistic healing as well as personal growth. I work with adolescents, families and couple in the areas of anger management, infidelity, trauma and grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and oppositional behavior. I offer the opportunity for you and your family to work through conflict and to find healthier solutions. I teach life skills that can help you improve your self-esteem and self-awareness. The goal is for you to create loving relationships ending destructive behavior and emotional roadblocks.
