Feeling Stressed? Unhappy? Overwhelmed? The first step for you now is to BREATHE, next consult an experienced, well trained therapist with whom you connect. We all face challenges in life which can feel overwhelming. During these stressful times we may not be able to clearly see our options due to our own stress level, emotional pain, and confusion over what is best. In therapy, I can help you by providing a compassionate, safe, non-judgmental space to express your deepest thoughts and feelings. Together we will explore your options; I will be there to support and empower you as you make positive changes. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Interpersonal Therapy, my clients are overcome and cope with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, unhealthy relationship patterns, childhood abuse and trauma. My education includes a BS in Psychology and a MS in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. I offer appointments Tuesday - Friday 10 am to 6 pm.
