Are you looking for a therapist who will appreciate the unique individual you are and will help you use your capabilities to achieve your goals? I work with the youngest children to the oldest adults in individual, couples, and family treatment. Whether you are struggling with a form of depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, abuse or a combination, I would be glad to learn more about what you want your life to be and to assist you in achieving it. I view the client as the "expert about you." I have a holistic perspective--mind, body, spirit--toward health, believing it produces the best results for you. Mostly, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy but draw on other approaches as well as life experience. I have a varied background--professionally and personally. I enjoy drawing on that knowledge and experience to customize the therapeutic approach for the benefit of each individual, couple, or family who gives me the privilege to work with them.
