Are you feeling overwhelmed by circumstances in your life? Have your coping skills been flooded by anxiety and/or depression? Are you having difficulty with life's transitions you happen to be wading through right now? I am available to help you with these difficulties by listening to you and helping you find solutions. I would be glad to help you adjust to new life with a spouse, becoming a parent, children leaving home for the first time or in your caregiving of an elderly parent. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. Special areas in which I have helped clients include depression, anxiety, adjustment to college life, premarital counseling, marital difficulties and parenting. I also offer counseling and support for people with newly diagnosed dementia or other chronic health issues, as well as their caregivers and families. I am also a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Kansas. I am able to help you understand medications which you may be taking to improve or maintain physical or mental health.
