I primarily work with children, teens and young adults utilizing expressive arts, play therapy and mindfulness techniques to empower my clients to reach a state of overall well-being, peacefulness and joy. I focus on the mind/body connection through interpersonal neurobiology to help individuals understand how their thoughts and beliefs can affect their physical, emotional and spiritual body. I offer a variety of expressive arts including sandtray therapy, art therapy, role playing and play therapy to help the client integrate their left and right brain hemisphere after trauma or negative experiences have occured. Through these healing modalities, clients begin to integrate their intellectual body with their feeling body. Coming from a holistic approach, I teach mindfulness techniques like yoga and breath work as a tool for problem solving and self-empowerment.
