Over the past 14 years, I have been primarily involved in healthcare counseling and social work. I provide healthcare counseling for those affected by chronic pain, long term illness and disease, new diagnosis, sleep disorders, and grief/loss. I work closely with medical providers to ensure a higher quality of life by the coordination of your treatment. I provide consultation and treatment options to medical providers, so they can promote greater treatment adherence and progress in their disease management. I further help providers understand the complex relationship between mental health and physical health. (i.e., high blood pressure and anxiety; sleep disorders and ADHD/anxiety/pain/depression).
