I provide the following services in my practice: Individual Therapy-Focusing on the needs of the individual in a variety of contexts, such as interpersonal, occupational, parenting, lifestyle and moods, spiritual, and emotional. Couples Therapy-Focusing on intimate relationships to improve communication, work through crisis, improve satisfaction, and gaining emotional support. Family Therapy-Focusing on the family unit, to include children who are verbal, in order to improve cohesion, work through trauma or crisis, improve communication, decrease conflict, and foster a happy, healthy, family life. Issues Addressed: Depression, anxiety, mood disorders , chronic mental illness, Grief/bereavement, Trauma, Crisis, Domestic Violence, Stress Management. Occupational concerns, Adjustment Issues, Phase of Life Issues, Parenting Concerns/Guidance, Low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence.
