I attempt to always work from a place of compassion, integrity and wisdom. I have been working with adults, adolescents, and children for over 20 years. I utilize a variety of approaches: behavioral techniques, examining how our thoughts are affecting us, increasing positive communication, EMDR, hypnosis as well as deeper work such as understanding of self, resolving attachment issues, dream work, and connection to a deeper spiritual self. Treatment is done in an individual, couple, or family context depending on needs of person(s). I also do neuropsychological and psychological evaluations. Proving an environment to assist in healing from childhood trauma and insecure attachments has been a long-time passion.I have extensive training and experience in this area. Besides providing psychotherapy, I have been trained in neuropsychology. This gives me the special perspective of being able to sort out the difference between cognitive/thinking problems and mental health issues.
