I provide counseling services for individuals, couples, teens and children. I specialize in play therapy, EMDR trauma recovery and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Because the therapeutic experience is different for everyone, I focus on addressing your needs in a safe space for healing and growth. I have over ten years of experience working with children and families. I specialize in providing services to people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety and depression. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. I am trained in EMDR and DBT . I have specialized training in couples counseling utilizing the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. We will work together to achieve emotional balance and to identify road blocks that may be getting in the way of living an authentic life. I use an eclectic approach enabling the combination of different therapeutic modalities in order to meet each person's individual needs.
