Searching for hope, inner peace, meaning, or some tiny semblance of control or certainty when life becomes overwhelming? Supporting children, adults with acute injury/chronic illness (especially Lyme and associated diseases), young adults, and caregivers with these desires is my specific passion. I provide therapy to individuals and families to reduce distress and helplessness while enhancing healing, balance and satisfaction. In a nonjudgmental role, I can offer you space to grow and discover new solutions. My primary goals are to make you feel safe, help you accomplish what we work together to identify, and make you feel heard and understood. Populations I have experience counseling are young children, families, and adults, including college students. I have worked with individuals affected by a variety of issues and have personal experience with chronic illness and pain. Adults interested in expressive arts or a holistic approach are a good match. With my support, you can experiment with new patterns and become aware of your mind/body.
