My approach to therapy is collaborative. I first work to learn about my clients and their goals for therapy. Then we work together to develop and implement a plan to reach those goals. As a therapist, I tend to take a gentle but direct approach with my clients. I'm very authentic in session so that my clients can be comfortable to be real as well. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life changes, abuse, eating disorders, weight loss and grief as well as with couple's issues such as communication, infidelity, intimacy and parenting. My primary specialties are: 1. working with children/teens and 2. working with with pornography/sexual addictions.
