If you are struggling with relationship issues, spiritual/faith issues, or are feeling generally unhappy, then perhaps I can help. In these difficult, uncertain times, many are finding themselves struggling to find peace. There's no need for you to struggle alone. There is hope. I offer a warm, accepting, non-judgmental atmosphere in which you can uncover problematic issues, explore options and solutions, and restore your faith. Between you, me, and God, you can find joy and peace again, even on this side of eternity. I've been trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy; I very much favor a cognitive-based approach. I believe the mind is so powerful, it often dictates feelings and behaviors. Helping people relearn how to generate healthy thinking styles is a cornerstone in my practice. This approach also aligns with Scripture. I am easy to relate to and I encourage a friendly environment where healing and restoration can occur. I am practical and genuine. I receive 95% of my referrals by word of mouth, and I believe that conveys I'm someone people can trust and with whom they feel comfortable.
