What's important to me is working with others to find meaning in life, to help bring about a greater happiness that's shared. I believe it's possible to do this is we are able to understand ourselves better - we can then understand others and our connections become deeper and more alive. In my practice I like to work with both emotional and cognitive aspects of individual experience, to promote a strong emotional connection to oneself and others while understanding one's mind and how to deal effectively with overly persistent thoughts and feelings that contribute to anxiety, depression, anger, etc.
